Memorial Day 2025
Please join us as we honor our past American Armed Forces Service Members and the sacrifices they made to keep our country free. Our patriotic community comes together every Memorial Day weekend to raise thousands of American Flags and recognize all who have served. American Legion Post 20 is seeking volunteers to help prepare the "Avenue of Flags" at Hillcrest Cemetery.

Set Small Flags
Join us Saturday, May 25th to set a small American Flag at each grave of a past service member.

Set out Large Flag Poles
We will gather again at Hillcrest Cemetery to lay out the flag poles in preperation to raise the large American flags for the "Avenue of Flags."

Raise Large Flags
Early morning we will begin to raise the 1,285 large flags, all representing a past service member.

Our annual Memorial Day Ceremony will begin promptly at 10:00AM.

Monday afternoon we will lower and collect all flags to be put away till the next Memorial Day.
